The School Fair is the end of year get-together organised by the parents for the children and families. It takes place on a Sunday to enable everyone to take part.

Teachers and administrative staff are invited to participate but they do get involved in the planning and preparations. Parents are encouraged to get involved by manning the stalls and helping with catering. The Fair is funded by sponsorship and by the money raised through ticket sales to the school’s families. The School Fair generates around £500- £800 (net profit) a year for the A.P.E.E.F. In addition to the games and food stalls, the following is organised for the Fair:- A football tournament for children A football tournament for adults A tennis tournament for adults.

A musical workshop (we encourage both parents and children to bring along their instruments to take part in an improvised orchestra A prize winners stand where children can win toys that have been donated by families.

If you’d like to help in planning the next School Fair please contact Olivier Scaramucci – volunteers are always needed! The Fair is also an opportunity for parents and local business to promote their products and services to the school community (in the past the food stand has been sponsored by Natoora and Paul, the bouncy castle by Boules International and the prizes by IT No Problem or France Market etc..) Preparations for the School Fair usually get going at the beginning of May.

Sports Day

Sports Day is organised by the school as a fun day where parents can join the event and picnic with their children. Whilst it is a school organised event, the A.P.E.E.F organises a bouncy castle for the younger children.
