Operating rules
In this page, we remind you of the rules ensuring the safety of all your children and the smooth running of the clubs. Please make sure to respect and enforce these rules.
Rules for all clubs:
Turns of duty are mandatory under penalty of radiation of the child from the club. The clubs cannot run without this small involvement from parents.
Accompanying parents/carers must enter the school through the main entrance of the school (Brook Green side entrance), 5 minutes before the end of class so they are not in the way of exiting children. Accompanying parents/carers must have the updated list of all registered children with their parents’ phone numbers.
Before the club starts accompanying parents/carers must welcome children in front of the sign in the courtyard.
Accompanying parents/carers must call all children registered for the club and check with Marie Antoinette Lucas if children are missing.
The group can only go to the activity when all children have been accounted for.
Accompanying parents/carers must be on time and aware of the rules.
If you send your carer (nanny or au pair), you must explain to him/her what he/she exactly needs to do (which is to accompany the entire group) and make sure he/she knows the way to the venue of the club. Please make them aware of their responsibilities. They must be present throughout the activity and until all children have been picked up by an adult.
Accompanying adults are responsible of a group of children, therefore cannot carry out their mission if they are accompanied by young children, strollers or pets.
Should the parent in charge be unavailable, he has the responsibility to find a replacement and to inform the head of club of the identity of the replacement by email.
Accompanying parents/carers must stay until all the children have left with their parents/carers, they need to verify that the children are leaving with their parents/carers.
Finally, parents must pick up their children at the end of clubs on time!
