Club guidelines
Clubs provide extra-curricular activities for our children (sports or cultural activities), are run by qualified professionals and set up and organised by parent volunteers, under the oversight of the APEEF. Children are looked after, accompanied and supervised by parents after school.
The clubs exist only through the goodwill of each parent with a child(ren) enrolled in the club(s), and through the programme of monitoring put in place each term. We therefore ask you, throughout the year, to ensure that you take your turn at monitoring, at collecting your child(ren) from the club’s premises at the end of each session and to be punctual.
The clubs are not day care centres and require effort and a minimum of discipline.
The school does not run the clubs and is not responsible for the safety of children during these activities.

Registration:
This takes place each year in the school courtyard over two afternoons in September, after school finishes. Please introduce yourself to the respective club organisers and complete the necessary application form.
Clubs - Organisers
Do you have an idea for a new club? Would you like to run a club?
Recipe: 1 idea + 1 organiser + 1 room + 1 time slot + 10-12 willing children = calculation of costs + organisation of monitors + gathering subscriptions (twice per year)
Parents running clubs are eligible for waived club fees for their child.
Money matters:
These clubs are not profit centres for the APEEF. They are self financing: the fees are a function of the number of children enrolled; in order to be established and maintained each club must have at least 10 to 12 children. Fees are charged bi-annually (in October and February) and it is important that payment deadlines are met.
APEEF dues and insurance are mandatory for inclusion in a club. Registration Forms -
