Weekly pastry sales
To everyone’s pleasure and to help raise money for the solidarity fund, the APEEF sells pastries (croissants and pains au chocolat) twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays in the school yard from 3:30 to 4:00pm.
For efficiency purposes, and to avoid handling cash, we sell £8 cards valid for 10 pastries. These cards are on sale on the Mondays after school holidays but can also be purchased on other days when they need to be renewed.
Pastries are sold in turn by the class representatives (about once every other month for each class reps). Class reps can also offer other parents of the class to take their turn.
If you change your turn and get someone else to go, please inform Nicole Semaan. However, please be reminded that it is the responsibility of each class representative to make sure that person in charge of the sale is fully aware of the organisation of the sale. You may use this article to inform the person in charge of the sale.
The pastries are bought at the café ‘Village Deli’ on Blythe road near the school and are made by Deli France .
