Welcoming new families

To welcome new families, the parents association:

• Sends an email to new families (late June) to introduce themselves and offer a service of collective school supplies purchase;
• Delivers a "school start file" which contains all information needed for new families to understand the organization of activities proposed by APEEF;
• In the beginning of October, the APEEF delivers to parents members of the association a Directory list of children per class and details of parents;
• Organizes a welcome drink at school one evening in September (usually the third Thursday of the month) .
  This is an informal meeting that allows parents to get acquainted with the members of the Parents association, the school director and his administrative team, members of the management committee, and new teachers. The evening also allows new parents to meet and discuss the start of their children in the school. The date of this welcome evening is displayed in the first week of school on the school Notice Board.
  Please note that all new parents are welcome to participate in the school life within the APEEF: it's a good way to feel quickly at the heart of the school!
