Parents like you
The APEEF is « l’Association des Parents d’Eleves de l’Ecole Francaise » of Jacques Prevert which mission is to make the connection between parents and the school.
All families who wish to join the association can do so. Each membership put money into the APEEF, which then can provide services and finance specific projects. The association is made up of a committee of active members (volunteers and determined parents who want to get involved and to help out with the organization of activities).
- The APEEF is committed to the every day life school to improve the living environment of our children, by:
- Organizing and supervising the representatives parents
- Organizing the after school activities
- Providing financial support of school projects (circus etc ...)
- Granting equipments
- The APEEF is also there to keep up with a warmth and family atmosphere.
- The APEEF meets the needs of some families through the solidarity fund.
- The APEEF means also providing many services (as directory, insurance, financing for the school newspaper, delegates).
Statutes:
- The APEEF is a French charity organization (Act 1901). The committee has planned to initiate the necessary steps to register the association as an English Children Charity by 2008 (like most of Parents and Teachers Association of British schools).
- The APEEF is a member (none active) of « l’Agence pour l’Enseignement Français a l’Etranger »(A.E.F.E.)
